I trained for 3 years at the Gestalt Centre in London and hold a Diploma in Counselling. I am a registered member of the BACP, the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I meet regularly with a clinical supervisor to review and support my work and am committed to CPD (Continuing Professional Development).
Counselling
Counselling is an opportunity to feel supported, listened to and to express yourself fully. We may have grown into certain patterns of behaviour that no longer serve us - by examining and perhaps challenging some of those patterns change becomes possible. What is troubling you ? Do you feel stuck, or lost ? Relationship difficulties, anxiety, anger, depression, bereavement, stress or disappointment can take their toll. Being truly heard may bring you a sense of ease that has been missing. Seeing yourself and your concerns more clearly is what counselling can do. A therapeutic relationship with a professional Counsellor may prove to be a source of healing and of growth.

Fees
We will have an initial 10-15 minute phone consultation.
My fees are £50/£60 per 50 minute session and we will meet at the same time each week. Online fees are £50.
I require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel the session.
Zoom, Skype or Telephone sessions may be available if required.
