Counselling
Counselling is an opportunity to feel supported, listened to and to express yourself fully. We may have grown into certain patterns of behaviour that no longer serve us - by examining and perhaps challenging some of those patterns change becomes possible. What is troubling you ? Do you feel stuck, or lost ? Relationship difficulties, anxiety, anger, depression, bereavement, stress or disappointment can take their toll. Being truly heard may bring you a sense of ease that has been missing. Seeing yourself and your concerns more clearly is what counselling can do. A therapeutic relationship with a professional Counsellor may prove to be a source of healing and of growth.
